Howdy Partners!

Howdy Partners!

Welcome aboard the Destiny Dreamz journey!  Some of you have been with me for awhile, others have bravely and generously responded to my plea for monthly financial partners.  I know that also means you are praying for God’s Kingdom business to be accomplished through Destiny Dreamz.

To all of you—Thank you very much!  Your response and support encourages me beyond words!  And every dollar you give frees me up from ‘survival mode’ to create, minister, write, to schedule events, and to water seeds planted in dark places.

Mission statement:  Destiny Dreamz is dedicated to helping people bring clarity and simplicity to the hidden and symbolic guidance given through their dreams and spiritual listening. Our goal is to help people find the right path for their life—to succeed and find fulfillment as they walk in focused purpose, while using their strengths and abilities.

I look forward to communicating with you on a regular basis about ministry happenings, plans, stories, and kingdom needs to pray through.  This may happen through a monthly newsletter, a blog posted on the partners page on my website (that only you have access to when you login), or an occasional live meeting (with advanced warning)!

I’m grateful for each of you!  And I’m praying for you!  Please feel free to communicate your stories, words, needs, burdens, requests—any of it to me.  You can email or call me anytime—I want to know what is going on in your life.

Much gratitude,

Merry

Destiny Dreamz updates:

Sweet DreamzI’m still looking for jobs but am coming to the conclusion that I am to live by faith and follow Father’s leading and trust him to pay my bills.  He downloaded my letter “Wanted: Partners!” through a dream.  I wrote it down and struggled and cried for two weeks before I put on my big girl boots and released it to the world.

I realized that all of my compadres in this business…Doug Addison, Barbie Breathitt, John Paul Jackson, Patricia King….they all require a support base that comes from partners in order to survive.  And I am no different.  I’ve been trying to make it work by myself, and while the ministry happens, the finances haven’t been there.  Father wants us to prosper and does not expect us to financially cover everything he puts on our plate…by ourselves.  I want to work with a team for support, ideas, accountability, and the joy of community.

I still need more, but I have a good start, and I commit following Father’s leading every day. Meanwhile, new clients come forth every week desiring dream mentoring or destiny coaching.  I love this job!

Last week I hung out with a few folks in Amarillo.  I got several invites from the ‘evangelists’ from the ‘other side’, wanting me to participate in their Kundalini Yoga.  I won’t do it for several spiritual reasons.  But I don’t want to despise or reject their gift offerings either, so it can be tricky to navigate the relationships without offending, to find other alternatives.

Tomorrow a Yoga guru named Andrea is coming to my house for some ‘Dream Magic’ (her words).  I interpreted several dreams for her at an ArtWalk a few months back and she is hungry.  She has a date with me and the Spirit of Truth tomorrow at 11.

I also hung out with Sara at WTRX.  They are big into the Kundalini yoga and other things. We made plans to hang out with each other next week…and she wants me to help her organize some things at her office/shop.

Monday night I will return to the ‘sisterhood moon’ group..we are working through a book they all love about the 13 Original Clan Mothers. It is a stretch for me…to understand their language and perspective, as well as to converse about it. I’m learning.  But I do love them and that is what communicates the most.

One more story for now—last week at ArtWalk, traffic was SLOW but I just hung out, and along came Jenny, a man transgendering into a woman.  We talked for nearly two hours. I offered dream help and compassion and then Jenny asks me to speak at some of their events and support groups.  Also to minister one on one with dreams.  She was blown away by my compassion (Thank you for your heart, Jesus). Turns out she is one of the key leaders of the LGBT group here in Amarillo, with a lot of influence, and the one I needed to talk to for a Love Booth at the Panhandle Pride event on June 25.  We are now Facebook friends and joined at the heart.  Go, God!

SuddenliesSee what happens when you make yourself available!  The amazing people you get to meet! Watch and see who Father brings your way when you least expect it!

Heartbeat: Words from Father’s heart as I pray for you today:

When you least expect it, I will pour refreshing into your heart.  But it isn’t just for you and for your own peace, it is to fill you up and prepare you for an encounter with someone—for you to give away what you have received from me.

Look for those times when you feel a little restless—notice an interruption in your thoughts and in your routine—could it be me, knocking at your door, asking you to steal away and take care of an assignment I have waiting for you?

Sometimes it feels like an interruption.  Sometimes it is compelling.  Other times it may even feel like an irritation, something inconvenient.  But I want you to practice coming to me quickly to ask about it and perhaps to shift into a new direction for the moment—or for the day.

My people must be on their toes, listening, readied and waiting—with eyes open, heart willing, hands ready to reach out and grab the opportunity I present to you.  If you aren’t aligned and ready, you may miss it.  Sometimes those ‘suddenlies’ can come and go without you even realizing it.

You are in training.  I have much grace for you—there is always plenty of my work to go around!  I bless you for watching and waiting and for every loving response you give.  None of it is wasted effort.  You change lives without even realizing it.

Go forth today!  You are loved, and you never know whose life you will totally change today just from a brush with Eternal Love.
