January 2018 marked ten years since the birth of Destiny Dreamz. Destiny Dreamz is Ten Years Old!

While Destiny Dreamz hasn’t ‘yet’ become a multi-million-dollar business, I’d like to say we’ve played a part in changing many lives for the better. We’ve taught hundreds of dream interpretation classes in all kinds of environments—churches, community centers, shops, living rooms, even a bowling alley! Beginning in West Texas, and then, to all of the world, we’ve introduced people to the importance of valuing and understanding dreams that often reveal our destiny and direction.

At first, my dream ‘obsession’ (as I trained and practiced on people) was met with raised eyebrows and rejection, even quick dismissal for being a ‘quack’, especially in religious circles . . . by people that knew a God in the Bible that spoke through dreams but somehow think he doesn’t anymore. One pastor called me a ‘crazy dream lady’ from the pulpit in front of a large congregation while I sat there trying to hold my head high. I knew something about pioneers and how rough the road can be for those who promote radical or ‘unfamiliar’ messages. It felt like I was ploughing rocky ground . . . with my face! My mantra at the time was, “Keep doing what I’m doing and be of good character.” I knew one day people would take interest.

And they did! I’ve experienced seasons of overwhelming demand for classes and am often inundated with dreams from hungry dreamers needing answers. I learned that once people heard that I had training in dream interpretation, the dreams would pour in. They did, in bulk, and they still do!

Do you know what your dreams mean?

I built a website, have written more than 300 Dream Blogs, and developed protocol for accepting dreams in order to manage the demand, not to mention training and raising up dozens of teams all over the world help other dreamers unlock their night-time messages.

We host three levels of dream interpretation instruction. I’ve self-published a workbook, am in the process of writing several books, and have spoken at conferences and events regarding dreams and loving all people/giving encouragement.

Loving All People is a core belief we hold and practice. Destiny Dreamz interpreters are taught to not judge or ‘raise eyebrows’ at anyone, but to accept everyone and encourage—wherever people are in life, no matter what their belief system is or what their past contains. Even a difficult truth can be spoken about with love and concern, in a positive way that convicts rather than condemns.

Creative fun

Taking this approach, we’ve interpreted dreams in some pretty amazing places where doors have opened up for us: ArtWalks and Art Festivals, Goth festival in Germany, Gay Pride events, motorcycle rallies, Burning Man (we’ve been there 8 times), business seminars, church conferences, schools, energy events, Yoga festivals, Wellness conferences, Halloween in Salem, MA, coffee houses, prisons, porn conventions, Irish pubs (a personal bucket list item), and more.

I’ve learned to love creativity, to love creative people, and to relax and enjoy folks from all walks of life. It’s fun to learn their language, and relate back to them. It means the world to me and my team members to see faces light up when they realize what their dreams really mean—the encouragement given to them at JUST the right time!

The pleasure of mentoring dreamers one-on-one brings me delight every week! Technology like Skype and Zoom have allowed me to regularly meet with folks all over the globe—Ireland, UK, Canada, Australia, Nigeria, even a Muslim girl hidden in a closet in Qatar (lest she be found out to be interested in dreams), and of course all over the United States.

Teammates and financial partners have been the BEST in this journey! We’ve laughed, brainstormed, made decorations, set up tents in dust storms, monsoons, freezing cold temperatures, blazing hot sweaty places, sometimes in the dead of night . . . and in the face of angry accusers, TV crews, hostile religious evangelists, and also wary ‘customers’ who had little clue as to the blast of BEAUTY that was getting ready to hit them!

I’m so very grateful for every single person who has prayed for us, contributed money to cover costs, paid for or set up schools, donated time and effort to help set up or tear down or to interpret with us. Destiny Dreamz is successful because of YOU!

I wouldn’t trade this dream adventure for anything in the world! It has truly been my Dream Job! The trips and experiences have been thrilling and terrifying at times as we stepped into unknown arenas with unknown adversaries, but as we determine to ‘Do it Scared’, we’ve ended up making thousands of unlikely friends as we’ve loved them and honored their lives. Never a dull moment, Destiny Dreamz is always full of new creative ideas and helping people see light and hope in their future.

Spiritual Cleansing at Burning Man

What is ahead? What will happen in the next ten years? Who knows? I hope to continue with more of what I’ve been doing, adding new concepts to teach and share . . . like the Spiritual Cleansing, Dream and Sleep Decrees, and Dream Cream to help with insomnia—and Mother Blessing that have become recently in demand. As much as I love one-on-one tending, nothing made my heart soar like leading a group of 75 Burners in the desert through a spiritual cleansing, each one profoundly touched, and they said so to our team who held them afterward and wiped their thankful tears.

I’m a pioneer who prefers to follow where the Spirit of Truth leads, with my ear to the ground, listening for new tactics, strategies and people groups or events to spread the love. Since I just left Texas and moved to Wisconsin, I’m busy looking for what is next in this beautiful place too.
